Medical Student education is a pillar of our hospital, and we are honored to welcome students from around the world to a variety of teaching services within our department. All of our student rotations are managed centrally through Penn's medical school, and the process for sign-up differs by your current student status.
- If you are a Penn medical student, please sign up for the appropriate course via the registrar through your normal process.
- If you are a student at UCD, RCSI-Dublin, or PCOM please reach out to your school's registrar or international affairs office to discuss rotations with us. You may also use the relevant links below.
- If you are a US medical student (LCME or AOA accredited), please visit our Visiting Student Overview page to apply for a rotation at our hospital.
- If you are an international medical student, please visit our International Trainees and Scholars page to apply for a rotation at our hospital.
We are not able to offer observerships or shadowing rotations. Please note that completing a rotation at our hospital is not a prerequisite for application to our residency program.
