How is the research project determined?
Pharmacy residents will be given a list of suggested topics created by the preceptors. Residents will choose from the selected list and/or have the opportunity for another project if the resident can find a suitable preceptor for the research.
Could I complete a rotation at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania?
Since they are within network, yes, this is a possibility. It would be a rotation that would not be available at Chester County Hospital – examples include Transplant and Neuro-Critical Care.
What does my staffing responsibility look like?
Residents will be expected to staff every third weekend, one abbreviated weeknight shift every week and staff two holidays – one in the winter and one in the summer. Staffing components may be incorporated into rotations as well since the hospital's model is an integrated model of staffing and clinical.
